In addition, we wanted to provide our members with a way to share with their friends and family without being listened to or watched in the background.

At StayTouch, we are committed to providing a private social network only.

Our platform is designed to be secure and confidential; each community has the ability to accept its members and we consider the security and protection of our users' data to be paramount, at no time will third party access be allowed.

We do not use our users' data for commercial or advertising purposes or in any other way that might any other way that might compromise their privacy. We are transparent about how we collect, store, and use your personal data and we comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

The StayTouch team reserves the right to admit communities to the platform, to ensure that there are trusted communities which have been validated by our team.

However, we do not constantly monitor user activity and we encourage members to report any inappropriate or harmful behavior they encounter. Similarly, each group and community administrator have control over the content that passes through their group or community and may use the right to delete content, groups, or members if necessary.

Finally, on StayTouch you have the choice to share your contact details with other community members. You retain control over who has access to your details and therefore who you wish to interact with. We are committed to protecting your privacy and giving you the means to control your experience on our platform.

AD-FREE & SPAM-FREE

StayTouch is an ad-free and spam-free social network. It is important to us that our users have the opportunity to browse our platform without being annoyed, bothered or harassed by unsolicited advertisements or messages.

We do not sell our users' information to third parties for advertising purposes, nor do we collect personal data to target users with ads. We also do not allow spam or unsolicited promotional content to be posted on our platform.

Our goal is to provide a pleasant and respectful environment for all StayTouch users. We are dedicated to maintaining an ad-free and spam-free platform to the best of our ability. We are not responsible for content passing through a community and if it is inappropriate, please contact our StayTouch teams.

APPROPRIATE CONTENT

Use of your own photos and videos: You are responsible for all the photos and videos you post on StayTouch. Make sure that the content you post is your own and that it does not violate the copyright or image rights of any third party.

Be honest: Only post honest and truthful content. Avoid false testimonials, false information or deception.

Respect the community rules: Each community has its own rules. You can access them from the homepage of each community. Follow them to maintain a healthy, productive and caring environment.
